The short answer
Choose Brew if you want to replace your email platform with one that also designs. Choose R10N if you want to keep Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp and have the emails designed for it, with unlimited brands and seats on every plan.
Both products start the same way: you give them your website, they read your brand, and they design an email from a prompt. They part ways at the end. Brew keeps your contacts and does the sending, so moving to it means moving your list, your automations and your sending domain. R10N stops at the finished email and hands it to the platform you already run, where your segments, flows and reporting carry on untouched.
R10N and Brew, side by side
| Feature | R10N | Brew |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | An AI email designer. It designs the email; your email platform sends it. | An “AI-native ESP”: an email platform that stores contacts, designs, and sends. |
| Sends email | No. You send from your own Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp account. | Yes, from a verified domain you own. Every plan includes sending. |
| Klaviyo | Direct: the email lands as a Klaviyo campaign, scheduled or as a draft, or as a template. | A Klaviyo marketplace app exports Brew templates into Klaviyo in one click. |
| Omnisend and Mailchimp | Direct, the same way as Klaviyo. | Not named on the Brew pages linked below. |
| Email format | Image-only: sliced, linked pictures with alt text and live preview text. | HTML with live text, as Brew's own product walkthrough shows. |
| Brands | Unlimited on every plan, with unlimited seats. | 3 brand workspaces free, 10 on Growth, 50 on Pro. |
| Free option | Your first three designs are free until November 27. No card. | A free plan with 500 AI credits, 1,000 sends a month and a Brew watermark. |
| Paid plans | From $99 to $999 a month. Every plan has every feature. | Growth $99 a month, Pro $249 a month, Enterprise from $999 a month, each with credit and send limits. |
| Automations and flows | One email at a time today, saved as a template for your flows. Flows designed as a set are coming soon. | Builds automations such as welcome and re-engagement from a prompt. |
| Inside AI apps | An MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP apps. | A hosted MCP server, a REST API and a TypeScript SDK. |
| Figma | A free Figma plugin that designs onto the canvas as named layers. | Not named on the Brew pages linked below. |

Which one to choose
R10N fits when
- You already send from Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp and do not want to move your list or your flows.
- You want the email to look exactly as designed in every inbox, your own typefaces included.
- You design for several brands, or a team works on them together, and do not want to pay per brand or per seat.
- Your designer works in Figma, or your team plans in Claude or ChatGPT, and wants the emails there too.
Brew fits when
- You want one product for contacts, design and sending, and are happy to move to it.
- You need automations built and sent from the same place today.
- You want every email in live HTML text, for personalization inside the body.

Questions
Is R10N a Brew alternative?
For the design half, yes. Both read your brand and design emails from a prompt. If you want one product that also stores your list and sends, Brew is that and R10N is not. If you already send from Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp and want the emails designed, R10N is built for that.
Can I use R10N with Klaviyo instead of moving to a new email platform?
Yes. That is the point of it. R10N puts each finished email into your Klaviyo account as a campaign or a template, and your lists, flows, segments and sending history stay where they are.
Which one is cheaper?
They charge for different things. Brew's plans bundle AI credits with a monthly send limit, because Brew sends. R10N's plans are only for design, with unlimited brands and seats, and you keep paying your email platform for sending. Compare the two on how many emails you design and how many you send.
Why are R10N's emails images and Brew's HTML?
R10N's lead developer chose image-only so every email looks exactly as designed in every inbox, including Outlook, with no layout code for a client to get wrong. HTML carries more live text, which helps with personalization and gives inbox filters more to read. Our guide to image-only emails sets out the trade-off.
